How do I contact you?

You can contact us through our social media pages or the contact information provided on our website. If you have a question about an existing order, please include your order details so we can assist you faster.

Shipping

How long before my order is dispatched?

After your payment is confirmed, production usually takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on the number of figures ordered, availability of selected pieces, and the complexity of your order. Once your order is completed, it will be handed over to the courier for delivery.

Estimated delivery is approximately 2–5 business days after your order is completed and handed to the courier, depending on your location and the courier’s delivery schedule.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will provide tracking information when available. You can use the tracking details to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Custom Orders

I want something that isn't on the website. Can I get it?

Our Build Your Own option allows you to create a figure using the parts currently available on our website. If you have a special request that isn’t listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll check if we can accommodate it. Special requests depend on part availability, customization requirements, and our capacity.

Simply choose our Build Your Own option and select the available parts for your figure, including the hair/headwear, head, body, legs, and accessories. Mix and match the pieces to create a mini figure that’s uniquely yours. The available selections may change depending on our current inventory.

Yes! You can add more than one accessory to your figure. Each figure includes 1 accessory by default, and additional accessories can be added for an additional charge. The extra cost will depend on the type of accessory selected.

How much does a custom minifigure cost?
 Our current bundles start at:

  • 🧩 Mini Bundle — ₱89
  • 👥 Pair Bundle — ₱169
  • 👥👥 Trio Bundle — ₱249

We also offer Fixed Characters — ready-made minifigures with different designs and variants. Prices vary depending on the character and design. You can purchase Fixed Characters separately or add them to your order along with your customized figures. 

For larger or bulk orders, we may be able to offer a special price depending on the quantity and customization requirements.

Yes! Our Mini, Pair, and Trio Bundles are convenient starting options, but you can request additional figures. For larger quantities, please contact us so we can check availability and provide the appropriate pricing.

Orders & Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations may be accepted within 3 hours of placing your order, provided that preparation or production has not already started.

Once your order has entered the preparation, assembly, production, or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please see our Returns & Cancellation Policy for the full details.

You may request changes to your order as soon as possible after placing it. We can accommodate changes as long as preparation or production has not yet started.

Because our customized products are made specifically according to your selections, changes may no longer be possible once your order has been approved, assembled, produced, or shipped.

Please carefully review your selections before submitting your order. We generally cannot accept changes, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

  • Changing your mind
  • Selecting a different design after production has started
  • Choosing the wrong customization
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Expecting the finished product to look different from the selections submitted

Our Process

How do you make the minifigs?

Each Customini figure is assembled by hand using the available parts you select. We carefully put together the different components to create your chosen design, then check the finished figure before it is prepared for shipping.

When applicable, we may send you photos of your completed figure before shipping so you can see the finished product. Once the order has been approved and shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

If a selected part becomes unavailable, we may contact you or provide a closest available replacement, depending on the situation. If we provide a preview, you can request a different available replacement before production.
