1. Our Products
Customini creates personalized mini figure keychains and bundles that can be customized according to the available designs, parts, colors, and accessories shown on our website.
Because our products are assembled and customized by hand, minor differences in appearance may occur between the product photos and the finished item.
Product availability is subject to our current inventory.
2. Customization & Availability
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected:
- Hair or headwear
- Head/face
- Body
- Legs
- Accessories
- Other available customization options
Selections are subject to availability.
If a selected item becomes unavailable before production, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
3. Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after:
The order details have been reviewed and accepted by Customini; and
Payment has been successfully verified.
Please review your order details carefully before submitting your order.
Once production has started, changes to the customization may no longer be possible.
4. Payment Information
We currently accept the payment methods displayed on our website or provided by our team.
Customers may be required to send proof of payment after completing their payment.
Please never send your GCash PIN, OTP, bank password, or other confidential payment credentials to Customini.
An order will only proceed once payment has been verified.
5. Production Time
Customized orders require preparation and assembly time.
Estimated production time is approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the number of figures ordered, the complexity of the order, and current order volume.
Production time does not include courier delivery time.
6. Delivery
After your order has been completed, it will be handed over to the selected courier or delivery service.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Courier availability
- Delivery service selected
- Weather and other circumstances beyond our control
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
7. Product Photos
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photos accurately represent our products.
However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting
- Photography conditions
- Differences between batches of materials
The available designs, colors, and parts may also change depending on inventory.
8. Customer Photos & Reviews
If you voluntarily submit photos, reviews, or feedback about your Customini product, you agree that Customini may request permission to feature them on our website or social media pages.
We will not publicly use identifiable customer photos or personal information for marketing purposes without the appropriate permission.
